This plenary is an informational session for scholars seeking to publish their work, part three of a three-part sequence. In this session, journal editors and prospective authors will have an opportunity to discuss best practices for working with journals. We will highlight the value-added of reviewing for journals as a precursor to submitting an article for consideration. We will discuss what revise and resubmit really means, and we will talk about how to respond to reviewer criticism. Journal editors will be available to provide their perspective on how they like to work with authors.

This session is sponsored by: African Studies Review
